If you book an appointment , you are agreeing to the policies
NAILS MUST BE BARE I will not work over product that is that mine, soak offs will not be available
A $15 NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to hold the appointment. The $15 will go towards your appointment. Please call or text to reschedule your appointment. Any appointment rescheduled or canceled within 24hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit
If you need to reschedule I will need a 48hour notice. Please provide a new time and date. This is a one time reschedule, rescheduled appointment must be within 7 days. Any time pass 7 days MUST book new appointment.
If you reschedule on the same day , this will result in a cancellation and I will need to receive 50% off of the service.
When you book an appointment, you will receive a text. If you need to reschedule, please contact me directly. Please do not respond to your confirmation text. I do not receive any texts from that number. Call or text with my personal or business number.
I will be wearing my mask myself all throughout the service. If you are fully vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask. Anyone who isn’t vaccinated I strongly recommended wearing a face mask. I will not be asking, who or who isn’t. Please if you feel any kind of sickness DO NOT book an appointment.
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.

I understand if you got off work late or your stuck in traffic, please CALL, LEAVE A VOICEMAIL OR TEXT. If you arrive 15min late without notice, you will be charged $10 upon payment. More than 20min, appointment will be cancelled and will receive 50% of the service
It all depends on the process. For instance, talking on the phone during your service, bathroom breaks, working, taking emails. If you have a time frame please let me know ahead of time so we can work something out.

Select “Book” under the service you want to experience. Select a time under the date you want to come in. You will need to fill in First and Last name, phone number, and email. A $15 nonrefundable deposit will be required to hold the appointment.
